  • Prioritize building a quality book of business and maintaining strong retention ratios
  • Recommend coverages based on individual client needs and preferences
  • Stay up-to-date with clients' changing insurance demands and adapt accordingly
  • Adhere to underwriting criteria set by broker partners

  • RIBO licensed or willingness to convert an existing Agent license
