We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Cook to join our team at KIMBROS153&INVESTMENT LTD. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Determine food portion sizes and costs to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
- Plan menus and estimate food requirements to meet customer demand.
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain a well-stocked inventory.
- Prepare and cook meals to order, taking into account customer dietary requirements and preferences.
- Train kitchen staff in food preparation, cooking, and handling techniques.
- Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment inventory.
- Clean and maintain kitchen and work areas to ensure a safe and healthy environment.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
This is a permanent position with a recognized employer, offering 30 to 40 hours of work per week. The work language is English.
