Field Sales Representative Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Field Sales Representative to join our team at PneusQuebec, a leading tire company in the Greater Montreal area.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in expanding our customer base through B2B account openings and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

This role requires a self-starter who is comfortable working independently and can effectively communicate the value of our products to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand our customer base and increase sales revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Travel regularly within the Greater Montreal area to meet with clients and prospects.
  • Utilize strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively communicate the value of our products to clients.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a B2B sales role, preferably within the automotive tire or related industry.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel regularly within the Greater Montreal area.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Bilingual, fluent in both French and English (spoken and written).
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
