We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Development Representative to join our team at Richelieu Hardware Ltd.

Main Responsibilities:

Promote sales development through telephone calls.

Ensure that accounts opened with Richelieu remain open or closed.

Validate if the customer needs to be contacted by an outside sales representative.

Update Excel files.

Make an end-of-day report of all accounts to be closed.

Report to Sales Manager at end of day on all accounts to be visited by an outside sales representative.

Key Skills:

High school diploma and/or relevant experience.

Good knowledge of technological tools such as the MS Office suite, Teams and Zoom.

Bilingualism (French and English), both written and spoken will be considered an asset.

Requirements:

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to manage priorities independently.

Well-organized and detail-oriented.
