Job Overview

Randstad Canada is seeking a highly motivated Business Operations Associate to join their Wealth Shared Services team in Toronto. This role offers flexibility and the potential for contract extension or conversion to a permanent position.

About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for executing tasks accurately, on time, and in compliance with established guidelines and Service Level Agreements (SLAs). They will ensure customer issues are handled appropriately and escalated as necessary, maintain operational effectiveness, and contribute to achieving satisfactory audits. Additionally, they will identify areas of risk and suggest process improvements, adhere to bank policies, and demonstrate flexibility in adapting to change.

Key Responsibilities
• Execute tasks accurately, on time, and in compliance with established guidelines and SLAs.
• Ensure customer issues are handled appropriately and escalated as necessary.
• Maintain operational effectiveness and contribute to achieving satisfactory audits.
• Identify areas of risk and suggest process improvements.
• Adhere to bank policies and demonstrate flexibility in adapting to change.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, candidates must have operations experience, proficiency in MS Office Suite, and back-office experience. Coding experience and prior banking or financial institution experience are considered assets.

Estimated Salary Range
