Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and Implement Operational Procedures

Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Supervise and Coordinate Food Service Staff

Lead and direct the activities of food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and food quality.

Train and Develop Staff

Provide comprehensive training to staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring they have the necessary skills to excel in their roles.

Ensure Quality Control Standards

Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service, addressing any issues promptly and professionally.

Customer Service and Relations

Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a timely and courteous manner, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to SUPER C ESSO.

Requirements
  • Education and Experience

A college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year, or equivalent experience.

Language and Work Environment

Fluency in English is required, and the ability to work in a fast-paced food service environment.
