Job Summary

This role involves managing the supply chain and procurement processes for electrical power distribution equipment manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of experience in supply chain or procurement within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supply Chain Management: Responsible for needs/resources balance (MRP, etc.) for raw material, components, sub-assemblies, and finished products by managing customer needs and replenishment backlog.
  • Procurement: Will be responsible for coordinating suppliers, negotiating contracts, and sourcing materials.
  • Inventory Management: Ensure products availability by taking actions to solve backorders and shortages.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze stock discrepancies and perform adjustments to match inventory level targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Education: High school/Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in supply chain or procurement within a manufacturing environment.
  • Skills: Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and data management tools. Strong collaboration and clear communication with cross-functional teams.
