About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Supply Chain Procurement Specialist to join our team at Maxima Stone Ltd. This is a key position that will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to secure the best possible deals.
  • Negotiate prices, discounts, credit terms, and transportation arrangements to optimize our procurement strategy.
  • Oversee the distribution of merchandise to our outlets, ensuring timely delivery and quality control.
  • Analyze our requirements and determine the quantity and type of merchandise needed to meet customer demand.
  • Select and purchase high-quality merchandise for resale, aligning with our brand standards.
  • Supervise the work of other buyers, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless execution.
Work Environment and Requirements

This is a fast-paced environment that requires standing for extended periods. We are looking for an individual who can thrive in this setting and maintain a high level of productivity.

The ideal candidate will have 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills. They should be proficient in English and able to work 32 hours per week. The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
