About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Parts Coordinator at OpenRoad Auto Group. As a key member of our parts department, you will be responsible for receiving and processing parts orders, maintaining a clean and organized inventory, and ensuring timely delivery of parts to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and process parts orders in a timely and accurate manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized inventory, including stocking and restocking of parts
  • Deliver parts to customers in a timely and professional manner
  • Pack and ship parts to customers as needed
  • Receive and process courier deliveries and other shipments
  • Perform other duties as required to support the parts department
Requirements
  • Experience working in a fast-paced inventory management environment
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid British Columbia driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Knowledge of vehicle body parts and car mechanical parts
