About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Building Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at FORYOU REAL ESTATE INC. as a key member of our facilities management team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reporting and Administration
    • Prepare and submit accurate production and other reports as required.
  • Supervision and Coordination
    • Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance staff and projects.
    • Ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Staffing and Recruitment
    • Recruit, hire, and manage maintenance staff as needed.
  • Health and Safety
    • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed and maintained.
  • Procurement and Inventory
    • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as required.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
    • Permanent employment.
    • English as the primary language of work.
    • 30 hours per week.
