About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cleaning and Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Executive Maintenance Services Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hiring and Training

Recruit, train, and develop a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.

Site Inspections

Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that all facilities are clean, safe, and meet our high standards.

Co-ordination and Scheduling

Co-ordinate the work activities of our cleaning staff, including scheduling and assigning tasks to ensure that all work is completed efficiently and effectively.

Additional Services

Identify and recommend additional services required to maintain our facilities, such as painting, repair work, renovations, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.

Team Support

Provide support and guidance to our cleaning staff to ensure they have the resources and tools they need to perform their duties effectively.

Communication

Establish and maintain effective communication with other departments to ensure that all work is coordinated and completed efficiently.

Work Schedules

Establish and manage work schedules to ensure that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Language

English language proficiency.

Work Hours

35 hours per week.
