About the Role

FORYOU REAL ESTATE INC. is seeking a highly skilled Building Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reporting and Administration
    • Prepare and submit accurate and timely reports on maintenance activities, costs, and other relevant data.
  • Supervision and Coordination
    • Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
    • Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities, including repairs, renovations, and other projects.
  • Staffing and Recruitment
    • Recruit, hire, and train maintenance staff as needed.
  • Cost Estimation and Control
    • Estimate costs and materials required for maintenance activities.
  • Health and Safety
    • Ensure that all maintenance activities are conducted in accordance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Procurement and Inventory
    • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language
    • English.
  • Work Hours
    • 30 hours per week.
