About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Innovative Cleaning Solutions Ltd. As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and safety in our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Cleaning Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the daily activities of cleaning staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Inspect Sites and Facilities: Conduct regular inspections of our facilities to identify areas for improvement and ensure that safety and cleanliness standards are met.
  • Recommend Additional Services: Identify areas where additional services may be required, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
  • Assist Cleaners: Provide support and guidance to cleaning staff as needed, ensuring that they have the necessary resources to perform their duties effectively.
  • Coordinate with Other Departments: Work closely with other departments to ensure that cleaning activities are coordinated and aligned with business objectives.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement work schedules that ensure adequate coverage and minimize downtime.
Work Environment

As a Cleaning Supervisor at Innovative Cleaning Solutions Ltd., you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to work under pressure and make decisions quickly to ensure that cleaning activities are completed efficiently and effectively.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a cleaning or facilities management role.
  • Skills: Efficient interpersonal skills, initiative, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
