Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Cleaning Operations Supervisor to oversee our cleaning staff and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and safety in our facilities.

Employment Details

QualificationsEducation
  • Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Equivalent experience is acceptable
Work Environment

The position is based in a hospital, medical facility, or clinic.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit and train cleaning personnel or coordinate training sessions
  • Supervise and organize the activities of cleaning staff
  • Conduct inspections of facilities to uphold safety and cleanliness standards
  • Recommend or arrange for additional services such as painting, repairs, renovations, or replacement of furnishings and equipment
  • Assist cleaning staff in their duties as needed
  • Coordinate cleaning activities with other departments
  • Establish and manage work schedules
