Angel Food Services Ltd is a reputable organization dedicated to providing exceptional food and support services to healthcare facilities across British Columbia. We are currently seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to join our dynamic and dedicated team.
Key Responsibilities- Recruit and train cleaning personnel.
- Oversee and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff.
- Conduct inspections of facilities to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
- Recommend or arrange for additional maintenance services as necessary.
- Assist cleaning staff in performing their duties.
- Coordinate work activities with other departments to ensure efficiency.
- Establish work schedules for the cleaning team.
Responsible for supervising a team of light-duty cleaners, ranging from 11 to 15 individuals.
Work EnvironmentThe role is set in a fast-paced environment that involves repetitive tasks and is physically demanding, requiring a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
QualificationsEducation: Secondary school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
Experience: 1 to less than 7 months in a similar role.
