Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit and train cleaning personnel or facilitate their training.
  • Oversee and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff.
  • Conduct inspections of sites or facilities to uphold safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Advise or arrange for additional services needed, such as painting, repairs, renovations, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
  • Assist cleaning staff in executing their duties.
  • Coordinate work efforts with other departments.
  • Establish and manage work schedules.
