The successful candidate will work in a hospital, medical facility, or clinic, ensuring that all areas are kept to the highest standards of cleanliness.
Primary Duties- Recruit and train cleaning personnel or arrange for their training.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff.
- Conduct inspections of sites or facilities to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
- Recommend or arrange for additional services such as painting, repairs, renovations, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
- Assist cleaning staff in performing their duties as needed.
- Coordinate work activities with other departments to ensure efficiency.
- Establish work schedules to optimize productivity.
- Fast-paced environment requiring the ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Physically demanding role involving a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
