Position Overview

The role of the Cleaning Supervisor at CCBS MAINTENANCE LTD involves overseeing the cleaning operations to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and safety across all facilities.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 2 to 3 years in a supervisory role within the cleaning industry
Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff to ensure efficient operations.
  • Conduct inspections of sites or facilities to verify compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Assist cleaning personnel in their duties as needed.
  • Coordinate work activities with other departments to enhance overall efficiency.
  • Establish and manage work schedules for cleaning staff.
Support InitiativesFor Newcomers and Refugees
  • Facilitate recognition of foreign credentials for newcomers and refugees.
  • Implement mentorship programs that connect newcomers and refugees with seasoned employees.
  • Provide diversity and cross-cultural training to foster an inclusive work environment.
For Indigenous People
  • Offer mentorship, coaching, and networking opportunities tailored for Indigenous workers.
  • Deliver cultural competency training to all staff to promote a welcoming atmosphere.
