Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team at RBC Dominion Securities in Sault Ste. Marie, Canada. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional client service and support to our Advisor team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Impact client experience through execution of client account administration, including account opening, account maintenance, and efficient resolution of client requests.
  • Maintain existing client accounts and identify opportunities to contact clients, ensuring timely management of timelines and key dates for accounts.
  • Become well-versed in internal controls and industry regulatory requirements, ensuring accurate, up-to-date, and compliant client files and documentation.
  • Respond to client inquiries in an understanding and time-efficient manner, addressing account transactions, requests, account documentation, and account reporting.
Requirements:
  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills.
  • High level of time management and organization skills.
  • Demonstrated skills in providing world-class client service that is professional, warm, and friendly.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Estimated Salary Range:

$50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
