Job Description:

In this position, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls and emails from clients regarding their life and critical illness insurance policies. You will use your excellent communication skills to resolve inquiries, answer questions, and provide solutions to complex problems.

You will work closely with internal departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration. Your ability to think critically and come up with creative solutions will be essential in resolving issues efficiently.

Requirements:
  • Fluency in both French and English is required for this position
  • Previous experience in a phone-based customer service role is necessary
  • Superior interpersonal skills to manage relationships with internal and external clients
  • Excellent listening skills to facilitate positive outcomes with inquiries and irate callers
  • Ability to handle high stress levels in a fast-paced production environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
