Restaurant Operations Manager

Orbit Restaurant is seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to lead our team and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Budget Analysis: Analyze financial data to optimize restaurant profits and maintain a competitive edge.
- Operational Excellence: Evaluate daily operations, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective solutions.
- Staff Management: Supervise and train staff to ensure exceptional customer service and high-quality food preparation.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, as well as provincial/territorial liquor legislation.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
- Smart Serve certification
- 40 hours per week
- English language
