Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Brar's Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities- Operations Management: Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, ensuring that our restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our kitchen and service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that our high standards are met.
- Inventory Management: Estimate and manage inventory levels, ensuring that we have the necessary ingredients and supplies to meet customer demand.
- Quality Control: Ensure that our food and service meet the highest quality standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers.
- Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, tracking expenses and revenue to ensure the financial health of our restaurant.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 30 to 44 hours per week
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Physical Demands: Standing for extended periods, walking, and working under pressure
- Client Focus: Strong customer service skills and a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff and customers
- Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities
