Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager - Business Operations to join our team at Orbit Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we maintain the highest standards of quality, service, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Budget Management: Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to optimize profits and ensure financial stability.
- Operations Oversight: Evaluate and improve daily operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Staff Management: Supervise and train staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service.
- Cash Handling: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to ensure accurate financial records.
- Regulatory Compliance: Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations to ensure compliance and minimize risk.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Leadership: Lead and instruct individuals to achieve team goals and objectives.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Certifications: Smart Serve certification.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
