Restaurant Operations Manager

Orbit Restaurant is seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to lead our team and drive business growth. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of food quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities- Budget Management: Analyze and optimize our restaurant's budget to boost profits and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
- Operations Oversight: Evaluate and improve daily operations to ensure seamless service delivery and maximum customer satisfaction.
- Staff Management: Monitor and manage staff performance, providing guidance and training to ensure they meet our high standards.
- Scheduling and Planning: Plan and organize daily operations, including staff schedules, inventory management, and supply chain logistics.
- Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, addressing complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers and staff.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
- Regulatory Compliance: Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations, ensuring that our restaurant operates within the law.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Smart Serve certification
