Restaurant Operations Manager

We are a dynamic and growing restaurant company seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Operations Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, from managing daily tasks to implementing long-term strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Service Development
- Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
- Financial Management
- Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to maintain accurate financial records.
- Performance Evaluation
- Conduct performance reviews to assess employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Inventory Management
- Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient stock levels and minimize waste.
- Health and Safety
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
- Marketing and Customer Service
- Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote the restaurant and attract new customers.
- Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Operational Planning
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficient and effective restaurant management.
- Computer and Technology
- Utilize MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word to manage restaurant operations and maintain accurate records.
- Transportation and Travel
- Ensure reliable transportation is available for employees and management.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
- Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a large workload.
- Maintain attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
