Job Summary

Chohan Property Management is seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing land survey and construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct economic analyses and environmental impact studies to ensure projects meet our high standards.
  • Design and plan structural steel fabrications, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.
  • Act as project or site supervisor for land survey or construction work, overseeing teams of technicians, technologists, and engineers.
  • Conduct site visits to gather relevant information and confer with clients and other members of the engineering team to determine project requirements.
  • Develop construction specifications and procedures, ensuring timely completion of projects.
  • Evaluate and recommend appropriate building and construction materials, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
  • Interpret, review, and approve survey and civil design work, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Prepare contract documents and review and evaluate tenders for construction projects, ensuring best value for our company.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on land survey and construction work.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage teams and collaborate with clients.
  • Proficiency in project management software, including AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Plant Design Management System (PDMS).
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel, with travel expenses paid by the employer.
