Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire the Marketing team, encompassing Brand Development, Market Insights, and Project Management.
- Formulate and implement a top-tier Marketing strategy aligned with the organization’s long-term objectives.
- Manage the annual Marketing planning cycle, ensuring the achievement of critical Marketing goals and departmental initiatives.
- Utilize data analytics, thorough reporting, and competitive analysis to identify strategic opportunities and enhance marketing efforts.
- Oversee innovative projects, including the launch of new communities and initiatives aimed at boosting employee engagement and brand creation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Approximately 12+ years of advanced leadership experience in Marketing across various functions.
