What You'll Be Doing:

  • Lead the Marketing team, including Brand, Insights, and Projects, for the total organization.
  • Develop and execute a best-in-class Marketing strategy that drives business growth and enhances our brand reputation.
  • Oversee the annual Marketing planning process and deliver on Marketing Must Wins, Department Plans, and special projects.
  • Use data-driven insights and competitor benchmarking to identify strategic gaps and opportunities for enhancing our marketing initiatives.
  • Champion and oversee exciting projects, including new community rollouts, employee engagement experiences, and the creation of new brands.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 12+ years of progressive Marketing leadership experience across all marketing functions and disciplines.
  • Proven people management expertise with the ability to set clear goals and drive results through others.
  • A passion for strategic planning and building ready-to-execute marketing strategies.
  • Elite business acumen, discernment, and decision-making capabilities to support redefining competitive and brand positioning.
