Restaurant Assistant Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at SADIQ HOLDINGS INC. [BURGER KING].

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Management: Lead and manage a team of 16-20 people, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
  • Operations and Administration: Oversee daily restaurant operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive dining experience.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and coaching to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Certifications: Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate, Occupational Health and Safety Certificate, Safe Food Handling certificate, and Food Safety Certificate.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and strong attention to detail.
