About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at How Sweet It Is Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Determine Service Offerings and Operational Procedures

Develop and implement operational procedures to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.

Conduct Performance Reviews

Regularly review the performance of team members, providing constructive feedback and coaching to improve their skills and productivity.

Address Customer Concerns

Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints or concerns, resolving issues in a fair and timely manner.

Plan and Organize Daily Operations

Develop and implement plans to achieve business objectives, ensuring that all aspects of restaurant operations are running smoothly and efficiently.

Work Environment and Physical Capabilities
  • Fast-Paced Environment

Work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.

Repetitive Tasks

Perform repetitive tasks, such as reviewing financial reports and managing inventory.

Work Term: Permanent

Work on a permanent basis, with regular working hours and a stable schedule.

Work Language: English

Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

Hours: 32 hours per week

Work a standard 32-hour week, with regular breaks and time off.
