Job Title: Restaurant General Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant General Manager to join our team at KFC Canada - FMI Group. As a Restaurant General Manager, you will be responsible for directing the daily operations of a restaurant and ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a top-notch guest experience
  • Prepare and serve our world-famous chicken at the highest quality standards
  • Manage financial controls, operations, people development, customer service, and compliance
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Cash handling, reconciling cash, and daily paperwork
  • Train and develop Team Members and Shift Managers to achieve operational excellence
  • Address in-store issues and communicate plans to the team
  • Ensure all staff are following health, safety, and security codes
  • Meet restaurant financial and strategic objectives, establish and monitor financial control, initiate corrective actions, and establish community relationships
  • Set the standard for your team in recruiting, selecting, hiring, training, and retaining effective team talent
Requirements:
