Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Lead and motivate a team of staff to achieve high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.
  • Operational Planning: Develop and implement operational procedures to ensure the smooth running of the restaurant, including managing inventory, supplies, and equipment.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive a high level of service, including responding to complaints and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews with staff to identify areas for improvement and provide coaching and training as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 32 hours per week.
