Job Title: Human Resources Consultant Workforce Reporting

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Consultant Workforce Reporting to join our team. As a key member of our workforce data consulting team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to clients on workforce data analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consult with clients to understand their data, reporting, and analytics needs and provide recommendations on the best way to address them.
  • Develop and maintain databases using tools such as MS Access and MS Excel, and ensure data integrity and usability.
  • Lead the response to assigned data and analysis requests, managing scope and ensuring the end-product addresses the client's needs.
  • Collaborate with team members on approaches to respond to requests, assist with prototyping or testing, and deliver analysis or assigned projects.
  • Conduct research, engage in continuous learning, and stay informed on workforce trends, benchmarks, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Experience consulting with and preparing information for stakeholders at all levels to understand and best respond to their business needs.
  • Considerable experience programming, designing, and developing reports using tools such as Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel, and Tableau.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills to manage complex requests and provide alternate, innovative strategies in response to client workforce data needs.
  • Strong oral and written communications skills.
  • Ability to successfully plan, organize, and manage work both in a team environment and independently, as required.

What We Offer:
