To be considered for this opportunity, candidates must have the following qualifications and experience:
- At least 15 years of experience in corporate HR in a generalist, advisory, or management/director level role.
- CHRL designation or in progress, or equivalent post-graduate education in Human Resources Management.
- Must be living in the Greater Toronto Area and available for both on-site and virtual consultation.
- Must be self-employed independent HR with an Ontario Business Number.
- Must be self-motivated, organized, and possess strong communication skills (both verbal & written).
- Computer savvy with working knowledge of human resource IT (ATS, Payroll, etc.).
- Ability to strategize and formulate business plans.
- An analytical mind with problem-solving abilities.
