Customer Service Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Guest Service Supervisor to join our team at Comfort Inn Edmundston. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk and guest services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinating Front Desk Activities: Supervise and coordinate activities with other work units or departments, ensuring seamless communication and efficient task management.
  • Scheduling and Planning: Establish work schedules and procedures to maximize productivity and meet business objectives.
  • Supervising Staff: Perform same duties as workers supervised, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports to track key performance indicators, identifying areas for improvement and recommending solutions.
  • Client Satisfaction: Assist clients/guests with special needs, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues promptly.
  • Work Coordination: Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion and maintain high standards.
  • Maintenance and Requisition: Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, machinery, and arrange repair work, as well as requisition materials and supplies as needed.
  • Preventive Maintenance: Perform preventive maintenance tasks to ensure equipment is functioning properly and minimize downtime.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They should also have strong interpersonal skills, be able to multitask, and demonstrate a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role is preferred.
  • Transportation: A valid driver's license is an asset.
