NB INC. is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to lead our restaurant operations team. The ideal candidate will have a secondary education and at least one year of experience in the food service industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective work schedules to meet business demands.
  • Train and mentor staff on food safety, sanitation, and quality control procedures.
  • Oversee food preparation and service to ensure high-quality standards are met.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste management.
  • Establish and manage work schedules to ensure optimal team performance.

This is a permanent position with a 30-40 hour workweek and the opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing company.

Requirements:

  • Secondary education
  • 1-2 years of experience in the food service industry
