Key Responsibilities:- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Delegate work to office support staff and establish clear work priorities.
- Ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met by maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
- Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
- Coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
- Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements:
- College/CEGEP education.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in English.
Work Environment:
- 35 hours per week.
