Job Title: Office Administrator

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Richelieu. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to staff members, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, including filing, scanning, and shredding documents.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events.
  • Assist with budgeting and financial planning.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate databases.
  • Train staff members on new procedures and systems.
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
