Restaurant Operations Manager

At New Punjab Sweets and Restaurant Ltd., we are seeking a skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The successful candidate will be responsible for determining the type of services to be offered and implementing operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.

Responsibilities:

* Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to maintain accurate financial records.
* Conduct performance reviews to assess employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
* Cost products and services to ensure optimal pricing and profitability.
* Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations to maintain a safe and compliant environment.
* Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient stock management.
* Ensure health and safety regulations are followed to protect employees and customers.
* Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

* 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
* Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in English.
* Availability to work 40 hours per week.
