Office Coordinator Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Office Coordinator Specialist to join our dynamic team at Eleve Freightways Ltd. This is a fantastic opportunity to leverage your administrative skills and experience in a fast-paced environment.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support, including scheduling appointments, managing office supplies, and maintaining accurate records. You will work closely with our team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations and provide excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Scheduling and Coordination:
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Manage and maintain accurate calendars and diaries.
- Administrative Support:
- Provide general administrative support to the team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
- Order and manage office supplies, equipment, and services.
- Record Keeping and Data Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Relevant Experience: 2+ years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and external stakeholders.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with experience in calendar management and email systems.
This role requires working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks. You will need to be able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage your time effectively.

Salary and BenefitsThe salary range for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
