Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Office Coordinator Specialist to join our team at Everett Group Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing office procedures, scheduling appointments, answering telephone calls, and providing exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Determine and establish efficient office routines and procedures
  • Schedule and confirm meetings and appointments with clients and colleagues
  • Answer phone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries in a professional manner
  • Compile data, statistics, and other relevant information for reporting purposes
  • Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and arrange travel arrangements as needed
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Permanent employment opportunity
  • 35-40 hours per week
  • English language proficiency
What We Offer:
