**Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Maintenance Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing our fleet of heavy equipment, including trucks, vacuum trucks, and other specialized vehicles.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections
- Diagnose and repair mechanical issues with heavy equipment
- Conduct preventative maintenance tasks to ensure equipment is in good working condition
- Communicate effectively with the service team to ensure optimal efficiency
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Requirements:
- 2+ years' experience as a heavy equipment mechanic
- Valid driver's license with a clean abstract
- Experience with hydraulic and electrical systems
- Red Seal certification an asset
