Job OverviewThis is a fantastic opportunity to work on a wide range of heavy-duty trucks, from engines to transmissions, and everything in between. As a Truck Mechanic Apprentice, you will be responsible for assisting senior technicians with repairs and maintenance, as well as performing routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes and brake pad replacements.
Key Responsibilities- Assist senior technicians with repairs and maintenance of heavy-duty trucks
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes and brake pad replacements
- Diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues
- Work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives
- 2+ years practical experience with tractor trailer maintenance required
- Currently enrolled in an apprentice program
- Must maintain membership/registration with respective Government Agencies
- Will consider candidates with a 310S license or automotive background
- $50,000 - $65,000 per year (based on experience)
