Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Gallery Host Manager to join our team at Crescent Hotels & Resorts. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading the Gallery Host Team and ensuring our guests receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of the Gallery, including the Front Desk, Bar, and Kitchen, to ensure compliance with company standards and maximize revenue.
  • Team Leadership: Interview, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team of Gallery Hosts, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent guest service.
  • Guest Experience: Respond to guest requests, resolve issues, and accommodate groups to ensure optimal levels of guest satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Crisis Management: Remain calm and alert during emergency situations, serving as a role model for team members and resolving customer complications and complaints.
  • Revenue Management: Authorize revenue allowances to remedy problems and make decisions based on previous experience and good judgment.
  • Attendance and Punctuality: Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis.
  • Team Player: Serve as a role model by demonstrating appropriate behaviors and encouraging similar conduct from the team.
Requirements
  • Communication Skills: Ability to communicate in English and effectively deal with internal and external customers.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to resolve conflicts and make decisions based on previous experience and good judgment.
  • Mathematical Skills: Basic mathematical skills and ability to accurately input information using a computer system.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, and continuously perform behind the front desk.
  • Teamwork: Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with associates, customers, and patrons.
