Position Overview:

We seek a highly motivated Operations Director to oversee and optimize cleaning operations across our growing client base. This role will focus on ensuring high-quality service delivery, managing resources efficiently, and building strong relationships with clients and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement operational strategies and project plans to achieve organizational goals, ensuring alignment with the company's mission and client needs.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Oversee project teams, providing guidance, training, and support to enhance performance. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages professional growth and effective teamwork.
  • Budget Management and Resource Allocation: Manage project budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources (both personnel and materials) to optimize efficiency and control costs while meeting project objectives.
  • Quality Assurance and Compliance: Establish and enforce quality standards and safety protocols for cleaning operations. Monitor compliance with industry regulations and company policies to ensure high service standards and client satisfaction.
  • Project Coordination: Oversee cleaning schedules, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery tailored to client needs.
  • Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns, customizing service offerings, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline operations and implement innovative solutions to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in business, project management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in project management.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing diverse teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software is an asset.
