Job Title: Delivery Drivers Supervisor

Sundine Produce Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Delivery Drivers Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our logistics operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our delivery drivers and ensuring the smooth operation of our transportation network.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of delivery drivers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
  • Monitor and analyze delivery routes and schedules to optimize logistics operations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve delivery efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to delivery drivers to resolve issues and improve performance.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in logistics or transportation management.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory control software.
