About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Delivery Drivers Supervisor to join our team at MIH Total Supplies Inc. As a key member of our logistics operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our delivery drivers and ensuring the smooth execution of our transportation operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and manage a team of 3-4 delivery drivers
    • Provide guidance and support to ensure the team meets performance expectations
  • Operations Management
    • Coordinate and schedule delivery activities to meet customer demands
    • Monitor and control inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and submit regular reports on delivery performance, customer satisfaction, and operational metrics
    • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and address concerns
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and achieve business objectives
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
    • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Outlook
