About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Delivery Drivers Supervisor to join our team at SUNDINE PRODUCE INC. as a key member of our logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate the activities of our delivery drivers, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods to our customers.
  • Manage Projects and oversee the execution of logistics operations, including scheduling, routing, and inventory management.
  • Lead and Develop a team of delivery drivers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Monitor and Analyze performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to optimize logistics operations.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination across departments.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in logistics or transportation.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong Organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment and adapt to changing priorities.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
