Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Delivery Drivers Supervisor to join our team at MIH TOTAL SUPPLIES INC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our delivery drivers and ensuring the smooth execution of our logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate the activities of our delivery drivers, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods to our customers.
  • Prepare and Review reports on delivery performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Train and Develop our delivery drivers, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Coordinate and Schedule activities, including route planning and driver assignments, to optimize delivery efficiency.
  • Ensure Compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
  • Recommend Personnel Actions, including promotions, transfers, and disciplinary actions, as needed.
  • Coordinate Repairs and Rentals of company vehicles and equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal utilization.
  • Requisition and Order materials, equipment, and supplies, as required, to support our logistics operations.
Requirements
  • 3-4 Years of Experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry.
  • Excellent Communication Skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with drivers, customers, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong Organizational Skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, to prepare reports, communicate with stakeholders, and manage administrative tasks.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
Working Conditions
  • 35-40 Hours per Week, with occasional overtime as required.

  • English Language, with the ability to communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and other stakeholders.
