About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Delivery Drivers Supervisor to join our team at SUNDINE PRODUCE INC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate the activities of delivery drivers and projects to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
  • Manage Schedules and coordinate activities to meet customer demands and company objectives.
  • Lead and Develop a team of 5-10 delivery drivers, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Monitor and Control the use of company resources, including trucks and equipment, to ensure optimal utilization and minimize waste.
  • Communicate Effectively with customers, drivers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of goods and services.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory or management role.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent Oral and Written Communication skills to effectively communicate with customers, drivers, and other stakeholders.
    • Strong Organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
    • Ability to Work in a Team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
    • Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Word.
